Up for sale is a Spectra-Physics Model 476 Scanning Interferometer Driver. This is a precision laboratory instrument used for controlling scanning interferometers, typically found in high-end optics and laser research environments.
This unit features a robust set of front-panel controls for sweep, dispersion, and centering, along with a high-voltage scan amp output on the rear.
Condition & Testing
- Power Status: The unit has been plugged in and successfully powers on (power indicator light glows steady).
- Testing: No further technical testing has been performed. We do not have the compatible interferometer head to test signal output or sweep functionality.
- Physical Condition: Good vintage condition with minor scuffs and wear consistent with lab use. Includes a "Leihgabe" (German Research Foundation) property sticker on the top casing.
- Included: Comes with the attached power cord and one specialized circular multi-pin connector cable (as pictured).
